Drink more coffee. Get more done.
Productivity and the hustle are at an all-time high in society. Whether you’re trying to find your purpose, keeping busy at home or pushing through work, we’re often told to grab a cup of coffee and get more work done.

Hope changes you
Christmas is my favourite time of the year. Growing up, we focused on activities that became traditions leading up to, and for the duration of, the festive period.

I’m not okay (pt. 2)
Hello, November! It may seem strange to you, but I cannot believe that we’ve found ourselves this close to celebrating my favourite time of the year, Christmas.

The Crystelda Naidoo Story
What do you want to be when you grow up? When I was younger, I probably would have given you any possible combination of; Power Ranger, veterinarian, race car driver or adventurer. Now that I’m older, you may assume my answer would change to something more seasoned. But I’m here to tell you that the tone of my dreams hasn’t changed a bit.

I’m not okay.
Is anyone over 2020 already? You probably didn’t notice me jump to my feet and throw my fist into the air. The year has been riddled with twists and turns, changes that happen faster than we can blink.

Raise your hand if you think that 2020 is the year that just keeps on giving! With all the activity going on in the world at large, it seems to be hard to find a moment to stop and gather your thoughts. If you’re anything like me, the last 6 months have been a blur, and finding a moment to pause and breathe has felt like grasping at straws.

Are you still watching?
“Are you still watching?” My biggest issue with seeing this question pop up on Netflix is actually considering how many episodes I’ve actually been watching to warrant being asked this question. We’ve all been utilising our time at home differently.

Life in lockdown
On the heels of the Covid-19 pandemic, South African leadership took the decision to enter into a lockdown period at 00:00 on the 26 March 2020.

I have a confession!
Raise your hand if 2020 has already been a rough year! If that’s you, then you’re not alone. I stand firmly planted and eagerly awaiting the Christmas holiday again, because this year has been way too long.
