In these unprecedented times that we live in, it is easy to fall into depression and despair. We forget sometimes that Jesus, who walked on the water and called Peter to walk on the water with Him, is in control. When Peter kept faith in Jesus Christ, then he walked on the water to the Lord.
But when he doubted and took his eyes off the Lord, he began to sink. Fortunately, he had the presence of mind to call out to the Lord to lift him up so that he did not sink far.
Likewise, we too must remember that we are children of a God who walks on the water and lifts his people up so that they do not sink and become overwhelmed with the issues of the day. When we stand on our faith Jesus lifts us up so that we can walk on water too.
This song and the video are meant to encourage you and give you hope in Jesus Christ so that you can walk on water figuratively, as Peter did when he held fast to faith in Jesus Christ.
