Mark Tronson a Baptist Minister, served as the Australian cricket team chaplain for 17 years, then 18 years Life After Cricket, in 2009 the Olympic Ministry Medal, in 2019 The Gutenberg the premier award of the Australasian Religious Press Association and voted one of Australia’s top 25 evangelical preachers published in New Life magazine.
In 1992 his Basil Sellers House respite facility in Moruya NSW south coast was opened, for the elite athletes of the Australian Institute of Sport and in 2009 established the young writer ministry in association with Christian Today.
In 2011 the Whitsundays Laguna Quays Respite for missionary respite was opened – Mr Basil Sellers AM a wonderful support to his ministry visited and a second missionary respite was opened at Aldinga Beach in 2016 and two years later a third at Greens Beach, Bass Straight, Tasmania.
Mark and Delma have been married 44 years, 4 adult children and 5 grand children.
