On 1 July 2022 the International young writers will become independent from Australia.
The Kiwi young writers are likewise in the same process - they have a great leadership team with their administrator Mussita Ng from Wellington is pulling the various levers to ensure the program is running as it should.
Along with Mussita there is Esther Koh, Grant Harris and Josh Taylor. Tim Newman is Stand Alone and Kevin Park as the photo selector.

Josh Robbie (editor and photo selector). Rose-Ann Durant the coordinator, Tamieka Dussard the new young writer coordinator, Ashea West Stand Alone, Newsy Bits, and circular distributor, Kacy Garvey video newsy bits.
Josh is from South Africa, Rose-Ann the West Indies, Tamieka from Canada, Ashea on New York, Kacy a media professional West Indies.
As from 1 July - taking over my role as administrator is Aira Chilcott. Aira is well known to the internationals as the Connect person for the internationals to send their BEST article for the annual awards.
Aira becomes the person that Rose-Ann Durant sends late comers too for chasing up. Then sends article titles for each international young writer for the data base. Sending circular news to Ashea West for distribution. The same role Mussita Ng is engaged for the Kiwi young writers.
Likewise Placing new young writers into their Cycle - day publishing slots.
Aira has been part of the PSI team for many years as a Senior Writer, Panellist, Connect, Senior Writer Editor and in recent years at the request of Christian Today - writing on Mission twice in each Cycle.
Aira recently lost her husband Bill to Glory, a statistician for the young writers, with their three adult sons to help mum. Aira has now returned and has now returned as a Volunteer Interpreter at Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve.
