Bridget Brenton has produced her second Press Service International young writer short compact 1.5 minute video, this latest one of the 2016 young writers conference in Sydney two weeks back!
Over a number of years the young writer conference videos have been produced - 2013, 2014, 2015 and now 2016 and April's One Day in Melbourne. These videos can be viewed on our YouTube Channel.
Sisters Belinda Croft and Laura Veloso produced the first batch starting with the 2012 Wellington New Zealand ARPA video all the way through to 2015.
This year Bridget Brenton took over the video role with the One Day in Melbourne video last April and this 2016 young writer conference is Bridget's latest excellent endeavour.
Those who have viewed this young writer video will have noticed Bridget sets the scene with wonderful scenes of laughter and fun of the young writers and then begins to focus in on the day's working seminars.
This includes Andrew Sinclair on 'connections', John Sandeman editor of Eternity, Charis Jackson film making on story telling, New Zealand's Tash McGill on handling reviews, Josh Reid a media executive on culture, Justin Monaghan an artist and then the panel session.
Bridget Brenton makes the point that for the afternoon sessions additional people came in (One Afternoon in Sydney) for which Rev Bob Thomas editor of New Life welcomed them all.
The final section of the young writer video giving a snap shot of the entire day which started at 9.00am and run through to 6.00pm, were the Basil Sellers Young Writer Annual awards.
