In a poll that included over 800 people, world famous Christian evangelist Billy Graham was voted one of the top ten "Most Admired Men" of 2014 in the whole world.
When asked "What man that you have heard or read about, living today in any part of the world do you admire most", two percent of respondents cited Graham as their first or second choice.
Graham ranked number four on the list, a list put together by American polling agency Gallup. While the evangelist has never made the top spot, this is not the first time Graham has been given this coveted title. The North Carolina-born pastor has made the top 10 "Most Admired Men" list for the 58th time. He is the person, living or dead, most mentioned on this list yet has never made the number one spot.
For 2014, former President George W. Bush shares the same ranking with Graham while President Barack Obama topped the list. This is the seventh year that the President has nabbed the top spot. This year Pope Francis, whose popularity crosses different religions, landed on second place.
Graham achieved fame in the late 40s. The very successful evangelist has served as a spiritual adviser to several US Presidents with the likes of Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon.
