Fans are going to miss out one of the most pleasurable features in Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition when it releases. Kinect support for Dragon Shouts, which made it easier for the players to give voice command to their device by just shouting, has been dropped from the original Xbox 360 release.
The answer came back negative after a gamer asked Pete Hines of Bethesda Game Studios, the developer of the action role-playing video game whether the company was doing Kinect, or voice support. This means players have to use the controller and cannot give commands verbally to perform Dragon Shouts. He also mentioned that the game won't feature new quests as of now.
The absence of Dragon Shouts on Xbox One did not come as shocker as there was already no dedicated Kinect port in the Xbox One S. But fans can stop being upset as this is the only feature ticked off by Bethesda. It will feature all the content from the original game, plus the post release downloadable content which includes the Dawnguard expansion and questline, the Hearthfire home improvements DLC, and the Dragonborn add-on. It will feature new locations.
And there's something more. A mod support is also added on Xbox One and PS4 which will deliver new quests, environments, dialogue, armor and weapons to the player apart from additional DLC packs.
On October 28, 'Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim' will launch for for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Excited players can pre-order the game now. A free upgrade awaits PC users having their copy of Skyrim and all DLC.
